Where does your market data come from?
The National Association of REALTORS® for existing-home prices and sales, Freddie Mac for mortgage rates, and the U.S. Census Bureau for new-home prices.
How often is the data updated?
NAR publishes existing-home sales monthly, Freddie Mac publishes mortgage rates every Thursday, and the Census publishes new-home sales monthly.
How do I list my property?

Is the mortgage calculator a loan offer?
No. It is an estimate of principal and interest only. Your actual rate and payment depend on your lender, credit, down payment, taxes and insurance.
